What we do
InfraXsky runs inference for the open-weight model(s) listed at our /v1/models endpoints. Requests reach us only through Hugging Face Inference Providers and OpenRouter. We have no direct consumer accounts, and we do not see your identity unless the routing network sends it to us.
Prompts and outputs
- Prompt and completion text is processed in memory only to generate the response. It is not stored, logged or persisted by InfraXsky.
- We never use prompts or outputs to train or fine-tune any model.
- We do not sell, rent or share request content with anyone.
Request logging is switched off in our inference engine by design. There is no "debug mode" that records prompt text.
What we retain
For billing, reliability and abuse prevention we keep per-request metadata only:
| Identifiers | Our request ID and the routing network's request ID |
|---|---|
| Timing | Received, started, first-token and completed timestamps |
| Outcome | Status, error code, and whether the response was streamed |
| Usage & billing | Input and output token counts and the computed cost |
| Retention period | 13 months for billing reconciliation, then deleted |
Where data is processed
On a dedicated server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Data is not transferred to any third party beyond the routing network that sent the request (Hugging Face or OpenRouter).
Security
- TLS (HTTPS) on all public endpoints.
- Every request must carry a per-network API key; unauthenticated requests are rejected.
- The model server is not reachable from the internet. Only HTTPS and SSH are open.
- This page loads no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers or cookies.
Your choices
Because we keep no prompt content, there is nothing of what you wrote to export or delete. If you want the billing metadata tied to a specific request ID removed early, email us with the ID and we will handle it, subject to the billing records the routing network requires us to keep.
