The service

InfraXsky ("we") runs open-weight AI models and returns their outputs through an OpenAI-compatible API. Access is provided only through routing networks such as Hugging Face and OpenRouter; by sending requests through them you agree to these terms in addition to that network's own terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break any law, or generate content that exploits or harms minors.
• Attack, overload, probe or bypass the authentication of our systems.
• Infringe others' rights, or produce malware, spam or deceptive impersonation at scale.

We may refuse or rate-limit traffic that violates these rules or threatens the stability of the service.

AI outputs

Model outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review them before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. As between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs you receive, subject to the licence of the underlying open-weight model.

Fees & billing

Prices are published at our /v1/models endpoints, per million input and output tokens. Billing is handled by the routing network that sent your request; only successfully completed requests are charged.

Availability

We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may change, pause or retire models with reasonable notice where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the requests giving rise to that claim in the preceding 30 days.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend access that breaches these terms. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
